Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
FOR RETURNS AND REFUND: –
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are:
- a. not happy with a product or,
- b. have received an incorrect or damaged order,
Please do get in touch with us with a photo of your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
Once we have the necessary information, we will work with our Quality Control team and Shipping partner to address the issue and after due consideration with regards to the delivered products tangibility and or the return state we shall refund the amount within the next 7-15 working days upon receiving the delivered product/s
We do our best to ensure every order is perfect, but in case it’s not, we’d love to make it right!
FOR CANCELLATIONS: –
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order.
